We have a large subscriber list which brings up the prices. An auction available to online shoppers eliminates the need to open your home to the general public. Only paid buyers come to pick up.

We specialize in online estate auctions for families across Riverside County and the Inland Empire, including Redlands, Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Banning, and surrounding areas. Whether you're managing a loved one's estate, downsizing or moving we are here to make the process simple, professional, and profitable.
Our Online Auction Process
Photography: Day 1-3
Computer input & Marketing: Day 4-5

Our team of 4-6 people organize, display, categorize, group and photograph your estate items into "lots" in your home.

Your estate sale will be advertised to our regular subscribers. We have close to ten thousand users. Your sale will also be advertised on social media such as: Facebook, Instagram, and estate sale sites.
Auction process begins: Day 6-10
GET MORE FOR YOUR ITEMS: Online auctions run for up to 5-6 days. Subscribers bid on items which drives prices up! Bids always go up on the closing day.
Pick up day- Usually Saturdays: Day 11/12

Final day- Saturday is our pick up day! Your home is never open to the public. We require pre-payment from the purchaser to ensure the day goes smooth. Our team is there to monitor as items get picked up in your home. We can usually sell 90%-98% of sellable items.
Final Check and accounting

We provide a final accounting and your check within 7-10 business days. The online auction process provides FULL transparency: you watch the auction live and you see the final prices as the auction ends.

Fees and commission
-Typically, 40-45% Commision depending on size and condition of estate. Sometimes a minimum charge is applied.
-We offer a free evaluation. Sending pictures ahead of time will help with the evaluation process.
